Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your privacy choices under US state privacy laws, including California.

This page explains how SourceTrack treats the “sale” and “sharing” of personal information under US state privacy laws, and how you can exercise your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information
SourceTrack does not sell personal information. We earn money from subscriptions, not from selling data. We do not use the personal information of our customers for advertising on other websites.
Visitors to a SourceTrack customer’s website
SourceTrack is a marketing attribution service. For data collected on a customer’s website, we act as the customer’s service provider (processor). The customer decides how the data is used.
- When a customer connects advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn or OpenAI and turns on conversion forwarding, we send conversion data to those platforms on the customer’s instructions. This can include the visitor’s IP address, browser information and identifiers, with contact details hashed.
- Some US state laws treat that kind of disclosure as “sharing” or a “sale” by the customer. The platforms receive it as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
- The customer is responsible for telling its visitors and for offering the opt-out on its own website.
How to opt out
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or Do Not Track. Our tracking script then stops before it stores or sends anything. A purchase that a store or payment provider reports from its own server does not pass through your browser, so the signal may not reach it; ask the website owner to opt you out of that as well.
- Use the privacy controls or cookie settings on the website you are visiting.
- Contact the owner of that website, who decides how your data is used. If you email us, we will pass your request to the owner and help them respond.

If you click Accept in our cookie notice, tags loaded through Google Tag Manager may include advertising measurement, which some US state laws may treat as “sharing”. If you click Reject, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, those tags do not load. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
Making a request
To ask to know, access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out, email support@sourcetrack.ai with the subject “US privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. You can use an authorised agent, and we may ask for proof of authorisation. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
