Comparison

A HockeyStack alternative with the price on the page.

HockeyStack calls itself a "B2B Revenue Data Intelligence Platform" and sells through a demo. This is not a hands-on review: we have not used it. It sets out what their own public pages say, with the date each was read, beside SourceTrack, which lists $49 and $79 a month and starts with a 28-day trial and no card.

Every statement about HockeyStack on this page comes from their own public pages, read on 2026-10-26 — https://www.hockeystack.com/pricing. In fairness

What HockeyStack does better.

Where HockeyStack is genuinely ahead: it is built for B2B revenue teams. Their product page describes a warehouse-native platform that unifies marketing, sales, product and customer data and syncs with CRMs, ad platforms and a data warehouse, with lift and incrementality reporting. An undated page at academy.hockeystack.com/pricing also lists IP identification on its Scale plan and data warehouse integration, forecasting and machine learning attribution on Enterprise. SourceTrack does none of those: it attributes web visits to forms, bookings and payments, and does not identify companies or sync a warehouse.

Choosing

Who should pick which.

Pick SourceTrack if

  • You want the paid price on the page: $49 or $79 a month, instead of "Custom-built plans" behind a demo.
  • You are a smaller team that wants a self-serve start, with a 28-day free trial and no card.
  • You attribute forms, booked meetings and payments, and want AI assistant visits named by source.
  • You do not need company identification, a warehouse sync or forecasting.

Pick HockeyStack if

  • You are a B2B revenue team that wants marketing, sales, product and customer data in one platform: their pages target "Marketing Leaders," "GTM Operations" and "Sales Leaders."
  • You want to sync your CRM, ad platforms and data warehouse into one place. Their product page describes exactly that, and SourceTrack does not.
  • You are comfortable starting with a demo and a custom plan, since their pricing page shows a contact form and no prices.

Trying it

How to try SourceTrack next to what you use now.

HockeyStack covers more ground than attribution, so there is no need to switch everything. Run SourceTrack beside it on the same site and see what the web-conversion side tells you.

  1. Add the one script tag to your site (install guide). It sits beside whatever you already run, so nothing has to be removed to test it.

  2. Tag your links with the free UTM builder, then check them with the free UTM validator, so every campaign arrives with a source you can read.

  3. Connect a revenue source, Stripe or Shopify (see integrations), so payments tie back to the visit that produced them. Deal stages from a CRM can come in through the Offline Conversion API; SourceTrack does not write records back into your CRM.

  4. Compare the same date range in both tools. Look at which channels and landing pages lead to forms, bookings and payments, then switch between the ten attribution models on the same stored journeys with no re-tagging.

  5. Keep HockeyStack for anything beyond attribution: warehouse sync, company identification and forecasting are not things SourceTrack does.

  6. Decide before the 28-day trial ends. No credit card is taken at sign-up, so there is nothing to cancel if SourceTrack is not the fit.

FAQ

The questions that come up every time.

How much does HockeyStack cost?

It depends which of their pages you read. Their pricing page, read on 2026-10-26, shows no prices: it says "Custom-built plans for your needs" and offers a demo form. A separate page at academy.hockeystack.com/pricing, with no date, lists Growth at $1,400/mo, Scale at $2,400/mo and Enterprise as "Custom". We cannot tell which is current, so ask them. SourceTrack publishes its paid plans: $49/mo and $79/mo.

Is this a HockeyStack review?

Not a hands-on one. We have not used HockeyStack and do not rate it. This page records what HockeyStack's own pages say, with the date each was read, so you can check the same pages yourself and compare them with SourceTrack's published features and price.

Does HockeyStack have a free trial?

Their pricing page, read on 2026-10-26, does not mention a free trial or a free plan; it offers a demo through a contact form. SourceTrack has a free plan and a 28-day trial on the paid plans, with no credit card.

Does SourceTrack identify which companies visit my site?

No. The academy pricing page lists "IP Identification" on HockeyStack's Scale plan. SourceTrack has nothing equivalent. If account identification is the reason you are looking, HockeyStack does something we do not.

Who is SourceTrack the better fit for?

Smaller teams that want a self-serve tool with a published price, attribution of forms, booked meetings and payments without a sales call first, and AI assistant visits named by source. You can run it on your own traffic for 28 days without a card.

Does HockeyStack offer startup pricing?

Their pricing page's description says "Startup pricing is available" and gives no terms. SourceTrack's published plans are $49 and $79 a month, with a 28-day trial and no card.

Run it on your own traffic for 28 days.

No card, no sales call, and the price is on the pricing page. One script tag is the whole install.
